YMUN South Asia is set to take place from November 28-30, 2025 at Harrow International School in Bengaluru, India. Registration for YMUN South Asia is now open! Registration for Yale Model United Nations South Asia 2025 will close on September 15th, 2025 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Given the high demand and our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience, we encourage delegations to register early to avoid being placed on the waitlist. Please note that a registration will only be considered confirmed once full payment has been received. This immersive, in-person format offers delegates the full YMUN experience, including dynamic committee sessions, keynote speakers, cultural programming, and opportunities to connect with peers from across the region.

Alternatively, if you are unable to attend in person, you can apply to be part of our Virtual Committee. This option is designed for delegates who may not have the means to travel but still wish to engage meaningfully with the YMUN community. We are committed to providing a high-quality virtual experience, with live committee sessions and virtual programming to ensure all participants feel included and empowered. This year’s virtual offering is the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) - an intermediate-level committee tackling some of the most urgent global challenges in drug policy, public health, and international cooperation. The application for the Virtual Committee can be accessed below.

If you applied for the virtual committee, you will hear back around mid-August.

Registration Timeline

  • June 15th, 2025 – Early Registration and Financial Aid Applications opens.

  • August 30th, 2025 – Early Registration closes.

  • September 15th, 2025 – Regular Registration closes.

  • September 15th, 2025 – Financial Aid applications due.

  • September 20th, 2025 - Country-Committee preference form due.

  • September 30th, 2025 – Visa Letter requests due (We encourage delegates requesting Visa letters to submit requests as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery)

CONFERENCE FEES

The fees listed below are the official registration fees for YMUN South Asia 2025. Please note that accommodation is not included; however, we will soon be launching a travel desk to assist participants in booking nearby hotels at exclusive, discounted rates. Meals will also be covered for the duration of the conference, and delegates will be provided with dinner on Days 1 and 2, as well as lunch on Days 1, 2, and 3. We encourage all participants to plan their travel and lodging in advance for a smooth and enjoyable conference experience.
