YMUN South Asia is set to take place from November 28-30, 2025 at Harrow International School in Bengaluru, India. Registration for YMUN South Asia is now open! Registration for Yale Model United Nations South Asia 2025 will close on September 15th, 2025 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Given the high demand and our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience, we encourage delegations to register early to avoid being placed on the waitlist. Registration Timeline

  • June 15th, 2025 – Early Registration and Financial Aid Applications opens.

  • July 15th, 2025 – Early Registration closes.

  • September 15th, 2025 – Regular Registration closes.

  • September 15th, 2025 – Financial Aid applications due.

  • September 20th, 2025 - Country-Committee preference form due.

  • October 1st, 2025 - Financial Aid decisions released.

  • September 30th, 2025 – Visa Letter requests due (We encourage delegates requesting Visa letters to submit requests as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery)

CONFERENCE FEES

The fees listed below are the official registration fees for YMUN South Asia 2025. Please note that accommodation is not included; however, we will soon be launching a travel desk to assist participants in booking nearby hotels at exclusive, discounted rates. Meals will also be covered for the duration of the conference, and delegates will be provided with dinner on Days 1 and 2, as well as lunch on Days 2 and 3. We encourage all participants to plan their travel and lodging in advance for a smooth and enjoyable conference experience.

Early Registration: $249 per delegate
Regular Registration: $289 per delegate

Virtual Committee Delegate Fee
$50 per delegate

Advisor Fee:
$80 per advisor

Registrations will not be confirmed and processed until the full registration payment is received.

REFUND POLICY

  • When a refund is requested on or before October 15th, a full refund will be given.

  • After October 15th, no refund requests will be accepted.
