GETTING THERE

To ensure a seamless commute for all delegates and faculty advisors, YMUNSA is providing dedicated transportation services across multiple key pickup and drop-off points throughout Bangalore. Fully registered delegations that have completed their payment will receive an official sign-up form. Please note that each attendee—both delegates and faculty advisors—must fill out a separate form with their individual travel details, preferred routes, and required information. Detailed route maps and stops are available on the map to the left.

Upon submitting the form, participants will promptly receive comprehensive logistics instructions, schedule confirmations, and access to the official logistics WhatsApp coordination group.

Additionally, school delegations providing their own institutional school buses will receive an exclusive 10% discount on their delegation fee, along with complimentary refreshments provided on campus for their bus drivers. This discount applies strictly to institutional school bus transport and is not applicable to individual delegate travel or private personal vehicles.
